The CSR Management Capacity™ framework can be used as part of a CSR Review which can include qualitative and quantitative approaches and capacity building workshops for your team.

CSR Review
CSR Reviews employing the CSR Management Capacity™ framework have been used by our clients to develop CSR policies, business cases and strategy.

Qualitative -The qualitative method is well suited for obtaining rich insight into the detail of your current capabilities. It will reveal examples of good and poor practice in your organisation that can be used for organisational learning and instruction purposes. The qualitative method uncovers stories and people that should play an important role in the future development of your capabilities.

Quantitative - The quantitative method employs a ten-minute, web-based survey completed by groups of management-level employees from areas of the organisation that you wish to compare. The quantitative method will enable you to determine the extent to which social responsiveness capabilities are embedded in your organisation and track progress over time.

Workshops
Workshops can be used to introduce the five capabilities framework to your organisation and to begin the capabilities audit process. Workshops are also used at the end of the capabilities audit to interpret the results and set strategies for capability development.
