Ursula McGinnes, is the principal consultant and owner of Dragonfly Australia.
Her practice draws on broad public affairs, marketing, and sustainability credentials in corporate Australia as well as in government and not-for-profit sectors. Ursula specialises in building value through aligning organisational capabilities with stakeholder needs. Her insight into customers, community, government and media contributes to pragmatic leadership, strategy and innovation that deliver results.
She has advised major corporates such as Western Mining Corporation, Alumina Limited and Australia Post and has also held senior roles in niche consulting agencies. Before establishing Dragonfly, Ursula served as a senior executive with
V/Line, where her broad responsibility for stakeholder relationships,
customer relations and marketing strategies helped V/Line grow to
record levels.
Ursula works with ACCSR on sustainability strategy and reporting projects.
