Rick Lambell is a Senior Consultant at ACCSR and works on stakeholder engagement and strategy projects. He has designed stakeholder engagement strategies, developed CSR frameworks, conducted stakeholder research and analysis and facilitated client workshops in the retail, transportation and mining sectors.
Rick previously worked as a management consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers Australia (PwC), working with clients in the retail, telecommunications, health care, energy, gaming and financial services sectors. Rick also played a leading role in internal CSR initiatives at PwC - including a strategic review of community involvement initiatives, training and thought leadership. As a result of these efforts, Rick was awarded the PwC CSR Champion of the Year award in 2010.
Rick has a Bachelor of Business (Management) and a Masters in Diplomacy & Trade from Monash University. His Master’s thesis focused on business, NGO and trade union partnerships and worker’s rights in the global sportswear industry. Rick has also co-authored a number of papers on NGO-business relations, and the impact of the global financial crisis on the Australian not-for-profit sector.
