Kerstin Schnekenburger / Manager, ACCSR Learning

Kerstin SchnekenburgerKerstin Schnekenburger joined our team in August 2011 as Manager, ACCSR Learning. She has previously specialised in the coordination, conception and implementation of sustainability and intercultural learning programs and web based learning for private corporations, local government and not for profit organisations in Australia and Germany.

Kerstin was a sustainability training consultant with VECCI, advising and assisting clients, partners and members in implementing sustainability, resource efficiency and carbon abatement learning programs for their staff, suppliers and dealers.

As a former Project Manager for eLearning, Kerstin worked with clients in automotive, telecommunication, tourism, automation sectors as well as tertiary education. She managed the design and implementation of web based learning modules and internet portals providing clients sophisticated tools to support knowledge transfer and internal communication processes.

Kerstin is a strong supporter of lifelong learning and determined to take an active part in fostering knowledge transfer between and within entities in order to build an organisational culture that acknowledges sustainability as a holistic approach and continuous development process.

Kerstin holds a Masters in Economic Geography from Ludwig-Maximilians University in Munich. Her Masters has equipped her with in-depth knowledge in regional and sustainable business development, natural resource management and environmental economics. Her Master’s thesis focused on the impact of regional and international networks on the innovation capability of organisations.
