We are delighted to invite you to
the launch of the Australian Centre for Corporate Social
Responsibility’s ACCSR
Learning Network.
ACCSR is Australia’s leading provider
of specialist executive learning programs in corporate
social responsibility.
Learning program participants
have asked for an informal networking group where they
can continue to meet, exchange ideas and discover more
about corporate social responsibility. The ACCSR Learning Network will enable

ABOUT
MICHAEL O'SULLIVAN

|
The Australian
Council of Superannuation Investors (ACSI) is a
not for profit organisation formed in April 2001
to provide independent research, education, advocacy,
proxy voting advice and engagement services to
superannuation funds.
ACSI has 39 members with $160
billion under management. ACSI spear-headed the
recently settled investor action against News
Corporation Ltd in relation to the “poison
pill” agreement regarding its change of
domicile to the USA. In addition to his role
as president of ACSI, Michael O'Sullivan is currently
the Chair of Care Super, an industry fund with
$2.5 billion in assets. Michael sees ACSI as
the catalyst to superannuation trustees to find
practical and sensible ways to deal with corporate
governance issues that impact on fund investments. |
ACCSR wishes to acknowledge the
generous support of Transurban in the launch of the
ACCSR Learning Network.
