This one day GRI certified workshop is based on the GRI reporting process and puts the spotlight on the second phase of the GRI reporting process, the ‘Connect Phase’ in developing a sustainability report. The workshop will enable you to understand the relevant principles and concepts related to dialoguing with your key stakeholders as a process for defining the content of a sustainability report using the GRI Sustainability Reporting Guidelines.

- Understand the different components of the Stakeholder Inclusiveness principle from the GRI Sustainability Reporting Guidelines
- Discover why stakeholder input is crucial for the success of the sustainability reporting process
- Apply tools and techniques to identify and prioritise stakeholders
- Learn to choose appropriate ways to consult stakeholders about issues to report on
- Recognise what and how to ask your stakeholders
- Examine concrete examples and real world case studies on their effectiveness of stakeholder engagement
- Create your organisation’s approach to engage with stakeholders.
