The Stakeholder Principle: Stakeholder Engagement Master Class Brochure

2012 Workshop Booking Form

"ACCSR ran a workshop for some of our managers on a fresh approach to stakeholder analysis. The workshop methodology and the highly collaborative way of executing it was really good as it gave us better ways of building good relationships with our stakeholders. I liked the fact that ACCSR offered highly transferable techniques."

The Stakeholder Principle: Stakeholder Engagement Master Class - NEW!

June 21st | Melbourne
November 23rd | Melbourne

9.00am – 5.00pm

  • A brand new workshop sharing the best of ACCSR’s leading-edge tools and tips for success in stakeholder engagement!
Successful organisations today realise that their prosperity depends on one critical, intangible resource – their relationships with stakeholders.  This is a resource that you cannot buy or sell. You must develop and nurture it over time. Stakeholder needs and demands often conflict. Driving better outcomes for your organisation as well as its many stakeholders is therefore complex and challenging.

This practical workshop will give you crucial insights into the proven processes and capabilities that result in optimal outcomes for both organisations and stakeholders. Using leading edge tools in stakeholder mapping and analysis, this workshop draws on ACCSR’s extensive experience in stakeholder engagement and consultation, stakeholder mapping and stakeholder strategy development.

At this workshop you will:

  • Understand the stakeholder principle and how it is defined in popular CSR frameworks such as GRI, AA1000 and ISO26000
  • Learn how stakeholder relationships create social capital and social performance
  • Discover best practices in stakeholder engagement with reference to real world case studies
  • Map links between issues and stakeholders
  • Use stakeholder maps to generate insights for tactics
  • Classify and prioritise stakeholders
  • Develop an effective approach to planning stakeholder engagement
